Best Powerful Cars In The World In 2019

March 5 2019

Hennessey Venom F5 -- 1600bhp (claimed), 290mph (claimed)

Hennessey's back again, and he's heading for 300mph. The Venom F5, successor to the car that struck 270mph and established Hennessey as a participant in the top rate supercar game, is named after F5 category storms, which have a windspeed rating of around 318mph. Can the Texan underdog really take it into the might of the VW Group, and Koenigsegg? 2017's show of the new Venom was the opening shot of around two. Place your bets...

Bugatti Chiron -- 1,479bhp, 261mph (claimed)

Though we had been first introduced to the new Bugatti Chiron at 2016, we weren't exposed to the full force of its 1,479bhp quad-turbo W16 until earlier this season. And if that happened, any thoughts of the thing being only a reheated Veyron quickly evaporated. As it's finally unleashed with its limiter, the world will be seeing.

Bentley Continental Supersports -- 700bhp, 209mph

Bet you'd forgotten about this one. Yes, before Bentley wowed us with the sleeker, more raffish brand new Continental GT, it generated a Supersports edition of the outgoing vehicle. And the headline was quite simply this: seven hundred horsepower. And yes, that's proper Victorian British imperial reel. It's perhaps not the most soulful automobile on this listing by a perimeter, but that really is the reigning speed champ among Bentleys, also incongruously magnificent consequently.

Ford GT -- 646bhp, 220mph

The Ford GT was first revealed to stunned onlookers at the Detroit motor show way back at the beginning of 2015. It took until 2017 for anyone to get behind the wheel on the road. By that point, the race version had taken a class victory at Le Mans. The street car shouldn't operate. Race cars that end up on the road rarely do. However, the GT handles to ride , manage skilfully and stay up to its newer-than-space-age looks. A landmark car.

BMW M760Li -- 602bhp, 155mph

This unassuming pluto-barge isalso, in actuality, the most powerful, fastest road-going BMW ever made. It's not even a true M automobile, however, the bi-turbo V12 that lurks from the swollen nostrils of this ultimate 7 Series is a true monster among motors. It grows 602bhp, also thanks to xDrive 4x4 delivering the grip, it can start from 0-62mph in 3.9 seconds. So it's quicker compared to i8, faster than an M3, and upward until the new M5 was revealed, was unassailable in the BMW range for speed. It's not so much a flagship for a destroyer.

Porsche Panamera Turbo S e-Hybrid -- 670bhp, 192mph

When we drove the 550bhp Panamera Turbo S, nothing about its batty functionality made us feel like an 'S' version was necessary. However, Porsche is, it seems, even sillier than the likes of us. So it added power to the Panamera, using lessons it learned in the progression of this 918 Spyder hypercar. How you could ever need this much car on your own life is beyond us, but if you're late to get a Greenpeace conference, or scared of flying, this is a massive continent crusher that could 't run out of charge.
